FyreWrap^® J60 Pipe System

The FyreWrap^® J60 systems from Unifrax are designed to provide protection against hydrocarbon jet fires to pipework and structural tubular steel sections in industrial and offshore facilities.

Tested to the OTI 95 634 “Jet Fire Resistance Test of Passive Fire Protection Materials”, this system is a three-layer construction incorporating Unifrax FyreWrap Blanket, Foamglas^® T4 and a cladding of 0.7 mm stainless steel.

The system has Lloyds Register certification for use up to 66 minutes. The system is lightweight, physically durable and complies with the NORSOK Class 5 guidelines. The FyreWrap J60 system is ideally suited for applications in the offshore sector, oil processing industry and in liquid natural gas processing and storage plants.
